ABOUT ME
I’m Ayesha, and I’m here to offer a space that’s steady, compassionate, and real.
My passion for psychotherapy is deeply rooted in my own life experience — having lived in different countries, navigated multiple cultures, and connected across languages, religions, and neurologically diverse perspectives. These experiences have shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and the many ways people carry their stories. They also allow me to meet each person with openness, curiosity, and deep respect for who they are and where they come from. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s brought you here and find a way forward that feels right for you. This worldview naturally complements my Integrative approach to therapy, which allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic models and tailor our work to your unique needs, values, and experiences.
MY APPROACH
Working Integratively means I draw from a range of therapeutic models — including relational, humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches, and adapt them to suit your individual needs. Rather than applying a fixed method, I shape our work together in response to you. This allows for a more flexible, collaborative process that honours both the emotional and psychological depth of your experience. When combined with a humanistic foundation, this approach places your voice, values, and sense of meaning at the centre of the therapeutic journey.

Client Testimonials
I have struggled with anxiety for a number of years, Ayesha helped me to manage how I feel, so that I now feel more in control of my life. Thank you for your patience and compassion.
As someone who is autistic, I’ve always felt like I was navigating a world that didn’t quite make sense. Therapy gave me a safe space to explore those feelings without judgment. I’ve come to understand the neurotypical world that I never even knew existed.
Therapy has been one of the few spaces where I’ve felt truly seen and heard. As an ethnic minority it was integral for me that my therapist understands the cultural context without me having to explain everything. Our sessions have been a safe space for me to work through things I’ve carried for years.
