Therapy can be a supportive space for exploring a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and more. I strive to offer care that is culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, and respectful of each person’s unique background and way of being in the world.
The first session is typically a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and whether we’re a good fit. You’re welcome to ask any questions you have.
The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term work. We’ll collaborate on a plan that works for you.
Yes—your privacy is very important. Everything you share is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). We’ll discuss these exceptions in more detail during your first session.
Yes, I offer both in-person and secure online sessions to accommodate your needs and comfort level. Each session lasts up to 50 mins.
My session fee is between £45-£60 per session. I’m in-network with some insurance provider, i.e. Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality etc. If you have any questions about payment or coverage, feel free to reach out.
No. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin therapy. We can talk together about your goals and whether a diagnosis would be helpful or necessary for any reason, such as insurance reimbursement.
